- Online & Phone call support/training/troubleshooting for call-in customers (At Office)
Requirements:
- Basic IT knowledge
- Proficient Mandarin/Malay/English
- Goods interpersonal and communication skills
- Self motivated and able to work independently
- Possess own transport & valid driving license will be an added advantage
- Willing to travel when require.

Sales Representative
Sales Representative
Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Identify and target potential clients in various industries, leveraging a combination of outreach methods such as cold calling, networking, and attending industry events. Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers.
- Product Knowledge: understanding on POS products features, benefits, and potential applications for clients.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, including prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management, to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations, address objections, and guide clients through the sales process to secure contracts. Achieve and maintain a high closing rate.
- Client Relationship Management: Provide and maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and progress.
