IT Infrastructure and Security Questions

Unifi / Maxis with 30mbps without sharing to others vendor (cctv) or restaurant customer. Unifi / Maxis 100mpbs is reccomended if sharing with other vendor (cctv)

Does the system allows for password complexity settings? (uppercase, lowercase, symbols, numbers)

Not compulsory at the moment, but user is allow to include symbols, uppercase, lowercase & numbers into their password

What is the password expiry interval?

No expiry on password, users can change their password anytime they want at change password option

Is the minimal password length enforceable?

POS front terminal password min length is 3 chars, while RMS backend user password min length is 6 chars

What is the default invalid password retries before an account is lockout? What is the duration of the lockout?

There is no min retries or locked out

Does the vendor perform any regular security review or pentesting?

Microsoft Azure services are monitor by Azure Defender. Customer may appoint 3rd party vendor for pentest if needed

Is the user account management (creation, deletion, changes) services performed by the vendor or Client?

User Acc management (creation, deletion, changes) can be perform by end client side or vendor (Exceltech) by request

How is the data being backup?

Database is store online inside the Microsoft Azure Server

What is the data backup retention period?

7 days by default

What is the stated SLA for the service?

SLA as per given by Microsoft, varies depending on type of services

Please list down the cloud service platform(s) used by the service?

Microsoft Azure Cloud Platform

Is there any Annual DR testing performed?

Zeoniq is a hybrid cloud system app, front pos will be operational even cloud services are offline or internet connection is down. Customer is allowed to subscribe for Geo-redundantndedicated databases but subject to additional charges by Microsoft.
